Travelling to Paris for your keratopigmentation

Do you live outside Paris, elsewhere in France or abroad? I operate during planned surgery sessions in Paris, booked in advance. Everything is designed to keep your trip simple: a first conversation from home, one trip for the procedure, and the same doctor from start to finish.

Your journey in 4 steps

  1. A first conversation on WhatsApp

Write to me on WhatsApp. We go over your plans, your medical history and your expectations together. You can send me photos of your eyes.

  2. Choosing your date

Together we pick a date among the surgery sessions scheduled in Paris. Dates are shared in advance so you have time to plan your trip.

  3. Confirming your booking

Your slot is confirmed either with a €500 deposit, deducted from the price, or with proof of travel: a train or plane ticket, or a hotel booking in Paris. This applies to every patient.

  4. The day of the procedure

It takes place at the Centre Laser Victor Hugo, 27 bis avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris. A complete eye examination always comes first.

Price: €5,500 for both eyes, whatever color you choose.Price details and deposit terms

How long should you stay in Paris?

Short-lived symptoms are common after the procedure (discomfort, light sensitivity, watery eyes). It is therefore better to spend at least one night in Paris. Some patients do fly home a few hours after surgery: I will advise you based on your situation.

Where to stay

Hôtel du Bois Paris Champs-Élysées

11 rue du Dôme, 75116 Paris · 1-minute walk from the Centre Laser Victor Hugo

For your stay, I recommend the Hôtel du Bois Paris Champs-Élysées, a 3-star hotel one minute's walk from the Centre Laser Victor Hugo (27 bis avenue Victor Hugo), where I perform the procedure. You can book directly on the hotel's official website.

You are of course free to choose any accommodation that suits you.

Once you are back home

If you notice any unusual or urgent symptom (severe pain, reduced vision), contact me immediately and, if needed, the nearest eye emergency department.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to come to Paris for the first consultation?

No. The first conversation takes place remotely, on WhatsApp, with photos. A complete examination is then carried out in Paris before the procedure.

How many nights should I plan in Paris?

It is better to spend at least one night in Paris after the procedure, because of post-operative symptoms. Some patients fly home a few hours after surgery; I will advise you on your case.

What is the minimum age?

18 years old. A full eye examination then checks that your eyes can be operated on.

How do I book my date if I live far away?

With a €500 deposit, deducted from the price, or with proof of travel: a train or plane ticket, or a hotel booking in Paris. This applies to every patient.

Where can I stay near where the procedure takes place?

I recommend the Hôtel du Bois Paris Champs-Élysées, 11 rue du Dôme, 75116 Paris, a one-minute walk from the Centre Laser Victor Hugo, 27 bis avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris.
