2. Data Collected
Through the contact form, the following data may be collected and stored in a secure database: first name, last name, email address, phone number, reason for the request and message.
When a user clicks on a WhatsApp button, certain technical and navigation information may also be collected in order to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and improve the user experience. This data may include: page viewed, page language, referring URL, click on the WhatsApp button, device type, browser, date and time of interaction, as well as technical identifiers related to cookies or advertising trackers, subject to the user's consent.
The site uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and tracking tags, Google Analytics 4 to measure audience and interactions on the site, and Google Ads to measure conversions from advertising campaigns, including clicks to WhatsApp. Google Consent Mode may be used to adapt the behaviour of Google tags based on consent choices expressed by the user. Google states that Consent Mode allows the behaviour of Google tags to be adjusted based on the user's interaction with the consent banner.
Non-strictly necessary cookies and trackers, particularly those related to advanced audience measurement or advertising, are only placed after consent when required. The use of cookies and other trackers is governed by applicable data protection law and consent requirements under the GDPR.
Data collected via Google tools may be processed by Google in accordance with its own applicable terms and policies. It is used to measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, produce browsing statistics and improve campaign relevance.
Standard server logs, including the IP address, date and time of connection and page viewed, may also be recorded and retained for a limited period for security, abuse prevention and technical diagnostic purposes.
3. Purpose of Processing
The data collected is used for the following purposes:
- respond to requests sent via the contact form;
- enable contact via WhatsApp;
- measure clicks on WhatsApp buttons;
- measure the performance of Google Ads campaigns;
- attribute conversions to campaigns, ads and advertising keywords;
- analyse website traffic and improve the user experience;
- distinguish the performance of French and English pages;
- improve the relevance of content, pages and advertising campaigns;
- ensure the security, integrity and proper functioning of the site;
- perform technical diagnostics from server logs.
The data collected is not used to establish an automated medical diagnosis. Any medical or aesthetic request is subject to a personalised assessment by Dr Yoni Gozlan's practice.
Measurement and advertising tools must not collect sensitive medical data in tracking events. Messages sent via WhatsApp or via the form may contain personal information voluntarily provided by the user; this information is used solely to respond to the request and, where applicable, to arrange a consultation.
4. Colour Simulator (Camera)
The keratopigmentation simulator uses your camera in real time, exclusively within your browser. No images or videos are transmitted to or stored on our servers. All processing is entirely local.
5. Legal Basis
Server log processing is based on the legitimate interest of the controller (website security and proper functioning), pursuant to Article 6.1.f of the GDPR.
6. Your Rights

7. International Transfers
No personal data is transferred outside the European Union.
